Dear Round Table 14 members from Europe and abroad,

it’s a honor for us to host this year’s inofficial Euromeeting. Below you find all information and the registration form. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Programme is subject to change slightly.

Please register as soon as possible so that we can work better to organize all the things.

Costs: We will tell the the exact costs when we finished organization and registration after March 10th. Maximum is 250€. This covers all costs except hotel, travel expenses and shopping.

We kindly ask you to register before the 1st of March 2017.

We have booked an allotment at Motel One Wien Hauptbahnhof, close to the main railway station and easily accesible via public transport („Railjet“ train goes straigth from the airport to the main railway station, underground station U1 – Hauptbahnhof). We have 15 single rooms for €70,74/night and 15 double rooms for €86,12/night excluding breakfast (which can be added for an additional €9,50/day). You can access the allotment by filling out the following form and sending it to wien-hauptbahnhof@motel-one.com. There are also larger family rooms available with two beds for €106,62 excluding breakfast. If you need any additional details, you can contact us at em2017@rt14.at. We would recommend using the Motel One as there are several large conferences during the time of the Euromeeting, which could make it difficult to find accomodation.
